I am highly supportive of this development. I am a resident of North Ashfield and fully support increased housing density because there is proven evidence that increased housing supply reduces rents, and supports local businesses. I regularly walk my dog down Charlotte Street and visit the Apothecary and feel like new housing would not inconvenience me. I am supportive of the height and number of rooms in this development.

Ashfield can easily support this density. I am a frequent public transport user and have always got a seat on regularly scheduled trains in the morning and afternoon rush going too and from Ashfield. All other services I access in Ashfield feel like they would benefit from more people. I like that Ashfield is a dense suburb that can sustain a lively, diverse community feel and a good concentration of services.

I love North Ashfield and want to share it with as many people as possible. It is a shame seeing shut down businesses on the station end of Charlotte Street and I believe that new residents that could bring life to the area and help support new businesses that I could enjoy, and keep the ones that I like going.
