- Remove three (3) Archontophoenix cunninghamiana (Bangalow palms) in the front yard, adjacent to the southern boundary and replace with three (3) small-sized, local native trees, from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, growing to similar dimensions at maturity, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. At the time of inspection, these semi-mature palms were assessed to be in excellent health and growing with vigour however they are on top of a buried water meter that cannot be accessed, the palms must therefore be removed
