In response to the Notice to Comply letter dated 03/06/2025, we seek to amend the Planning Permit Condition 1d) – “A textured finish to the South Elevation”. The drawings seek to remove the southern wall treatment (pattern), this is sought given the planning permit at 492 High Street and anticipated construction will conceal this treatment.
