- Remove one (1) Melaleuca linarifolia, Snow in Summer, from the front yard, adjacent to the boundary with 3B MacPherson Street and replace with one (1) small-sized local native tree from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 75L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. The tree's eastern leader is impacting the service wire and must be removed, the tree's outer canopy also requires pruning to provide property clearance to the roofline and gutter. To conduct these works will remove over half the tree's live canopy which will leave the tree a poor specimen. Prune one (1) Eucalyptus microcorys, Tallowwood,from the front yard, adjacent to the boundary with 3B MacPherson Street. i. Prune to remove deadwood ii. Prune to remove the crossing limb in the attached image as well as any other crossing branches iii. Remove any dead, broken, or hanging branches iv. If at the time of conducting the works the Arborist identifies any branches or areas of concern within the tree, they are to document them with photographs and contact Council's Tree Management.
