I live in an apartment block very close to the proposed new illuminated advertising signs. There are about 80 apartments in our block and the majority of these apartments look straight out over the site of these signs. I am concerned that the lights will illuminate accidentally many of the balconies of this apartment block. Can I have some certainty that the advertising lights will be turned off after 9pm at night to enable residents to sleep in darkness.
