Historically we have observed the parking spaces become sparse whenever a planning permit is amended to convert the parking lots into more residential lots or businesses.

Eg. a major portion of the parking lot in Shopping at Clyde centre was converted for business use and the shoppers are now forced to park on the streets and walk a long way to the shopping centre.

The property developers are continuously looking for more ways to make money at the inconvenience of the residents. In this example the area of approx 2400 Sq.M (6 lots at approx 400 Sq.M each) are converted from car parks to residential lots; that's almost 60+ car parks spaces. This will cause more congestion during busy times of the day.

Please do not reduce the car park spaces.
