Hi, I completely disagree with this application on the grounds that the area already has some social issues and this will only exacerbate the problem. The land is a prime location and residents around the area have loving spent their hard working lives to be able to afford these spots . Why are we not looking more towards areas that will be able to mange the problems that come with social housing .
This is a small number of dwelling and I cannot see why a small mix of dwellings should be dropped into a large consortium of private dwellings . This will bring down the price on people’s hard work they have put into there mortgages. We have plenty of spare land east of Perth - let’s utilise this area as a start .
