This DA is a mess. the proportions are all over the place and there is no attempt to restore the integrity of the Victorian original.
The large upside down arched window facing Albion Street is a current architectural mannerism which has no place in a conservation area, it will quickly date.
I urge Council to reject this DA.

I fully support this application. This section of Albion Street is an ugly mix of buildings including the two dominating electrical buildings. The refreshing inclusion of creating this very thoughtfully redesign terrace next to Frog Hollow would elevate the this slice of heritage area and take the focus from the unsightly surrounding built environment. Please consider this development as it is.
