Our local roads and streets are congested and kerbs full during daylight hours, therefore I propose that this application contains adequate off-street, on-site vehicular housing. Each bedroom projects at least one vehicle plus two from the master. Added to this could be the need to park a caravan, boat, box trailer, etc.
