Due to there being no kerb parking along Pennent Hills Road, adequate on site vehicular housing should be included in the design and approval.
Remembering the probability of one car per each bedroom and two from the master, furthermore, the possibility of a caravan, boat, box trailer, etc.
As written above, as there is no, out-the-front vicular kerb parking, the overflow will go to local side streets.
