Description

Remove one (1) Harpulia pendula (Tulipwood) from the front side passage, adjacent to boundary with 7 Mill Hill Road and replace with one (1) small-sized local native tree from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. This semi-mature tree is in an unsuitable location and is impacting the southern wall and roof of 7 Mill Hill Road. It has the potential to grow to larger proportions which is inappropriate for this small confined space between the two properties. This tree has insufficient space to mature without causing ongoing damage to infrastructure.
