Description

Remove one (1) Ulmus sp (Elm tree) from the rear yard, adjacent to the boundary with 29A Penkivil Street and replace with two (2) small-sized, local native trees from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. This large, established tree has a large diameter hollow branch with decay through the trunk at approximately 1.5metres above ground. While there is good reaction wood around this old pruning wound, this severe defect presents an unacceptable level of risk to the residences should the tree fail at this point.
