Description

Remove one (1) Ficus microcarpa var. 'Hillii' (Hills Weeping Fig) from the backyard, adjacent to the boundary with 18 Dickson Street and replace with one (1) small-sized local native tree from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. This small tree has the potential to reach massive proportions, it has insufficient space to mature; there are surface roots present and its trunk is within proximity to the neighbouring fence which it will soon impact. It is recommended this tree is removed and replaced before it damages surrounding structures.
