I don’t agree with the size of this development, there is multiple appartments vacant in Penrith and Thornton already and why is the need to overcrowd the area when there won’t be enough parking to cover the appartments and the roads can’t cope as it is, I can see the streets surrounding and including Jamison park used as a carpark. Will the York road / Jamison road roundabout be replaced with lights before completion as it’s already a accident hazard. All these concerns fall on deaf ears as it’s about the money council receives from rates that matters not the voices of residents.
