I have not received any notification about this development despite it saying 28 people have been notified, I am the owner of 5 POWELLS ROAD directly across the road from where the projectected driveway for this development is going, I have concerns about this development going ahead as it is already known to be a dangerous intersection with weekly crashes and near misses is there a plan in place to fix this problem or are we just adding to the problem and we already have on the same road McDonald's, kebabs, Domino's, Noodle box, KFC, Hungry Jack's, Thai, Subway, Dawn Boy's, Brodies, zarafas, Zambrero, cheeky schools, Red rooster and various food outlets at Yamanto Central. I feel this development is very low on the list of things this area requires
