So what is happening? Already the trees that were supposed to be preserved on the property (like the one shown on the location photo) as well as desirable character footpath trees have been cut down. Neighbours present when tree cutting started were aghast but we were shown the approved plan including trees that were supposed to be kept. Please remind all concerned that this is historically and officially a garden precinct, not a concrete jungle. Delegated authority sounds like out of sight, out of mind. What is next that we don't know about but has been approved behind closed doors?
