Totally out of keeping with the 2 storey homes in Petrie, this is not the area to be putting up 9 storey blocks in a developed low rise area.

Besides there is no road upgrade proposed so you will be allowing an accident black spot at dayboro road, and causing further rat runs through an already suffering area of north Petrie, if this is allowed to progress.

Council need to learn that they have a huge part to play in stopping congestion and issues on the road, but controlling awful money grabs by developers , such as this plan.
