We do not need unit blocks that high .The infrastructure cannot handle it. Where is the heritage building going?Just like the house in parramatta they were going to move for the museum. Never happened.

Properties of this size are not needed in the area. 9 stories is far too high and will tower over and impose upon surrounding residences. Not to mention the views from numerous other premises that will now be overshadowed by this unneeded development. Keep any new buildings to 3 or 4 level maximum.
If a location is approved to be 9 stories how long until applications are received for 10 - 15 stories.
Develop the run down CBD not the outlying areas
