I strongly support this proposal for a 104 place childcare centre, and it should be approved. It looks good, its in a good location, and we need more. We have had 1 centre (railway st) approved of the last 6 proposals in the northern suburbs over about 4 years, two being in my suburb Woonona, at great harm to young families and for little to no benefit. There are 2 year wait times for young parents, my friends take their child to all the way to Heathcote. There is no reason to make young parents suffer, trivial restrictive planning settings in the way provide no benefit. There are clearly many proponants that want to build them, please approve some.
