I have no objection to the proposed development of warehouses, subject to compliance with the relevant building standards.
However I OBJECT to any reduction in the required number of car parking spaces. There is an ongoing problem with vehicles parked in the streets in this industrial area, which impedes the free movement of traffic. This problem will be exacerbated by Speedwell St being relatively narrow.
The application for a reduction in car parking spaces must be rejected to ensure traffic, particularly large trucks, can move freely throughout the industrial area.
