Description

Remove two (2) Palm trees (Livistona australis and Archontopheonix cunninghamiana) and replace with two (2) small/medium -sized, local native trees from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. These palms are situated on a collapsed retaining wall that can only be repaired with their removal, they are also being suppressed by the Fig tree's canopy which is obstructing their vertical development. Prune one (1) Fig tree along the driveway.
