Description
Demolition of existing internal fitout on all floors above the ground level; change of use from the existing commercial use for levels L1 to L7 to a new commercial hotel or motel accommodation on levels L1 and L2; and a new co-living use on levels L3 to L7; construction of internal alterations and additions to levels G to L7 of the existing building. Erection of three (3) business identification signs, two (2) to the 6th floor façade and three (3) ground floor signs.
