This is an application is also to rezone this building from commercial to be a place of worship, it is not just a simple bathroom renovation. There is a lavk of transparency. The propoenents claim it will be a mosque with 1,600 prayer spots and been raising money online to support them to build this place of worship. There are 15 car spaces a dog park a child care centre and a recreational park all in close proximity how will this space accomodate a place of worship? It will create a parking and traffic nightmare. Lets keep the curent zoning of commercial or office space.
