- Proposed amendments to endorsed plans: The ground floor frame was constructed at 3420mm from the ground to the first floor, instead of the intended 3000mm. As a result, the overall building height has increased to 7150mm and 7470mm at the front, instead of 6600mm and 6950mm, respectively. Additionally, on both the west and east elevations, we would like to change the ground floor living room wall material from aluminium cladding to a rendered finish.
