I noted that there are to be 110 residental areas proposed, are they single or double or a combination? Whatever, eventhough the proposal has an underground car park, does that garage area have provision for all the vehicles, remembering that each resident may have a car. Furthermore, has adequate visitor and staff car parking been made?
Also, what is the Council proposing to ease the local vehicular congestion, another possible 300 cars a day this development will bring, our local roads and streets are already cloaked and kerbs full.
