391 Bronte Road, Bronte NSW 2024

Description
Remove one (1) Agonis flexuosa near the rear boundary and replace with three (3) medium -sized, local native trees from Council’s Development Control Plan 2022, Annexure B3-2 Tree Canopy Replacement Planting List, of minimum 45L pot size, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. This tree is in an unsuitable location and is growing out at a 45degree angle from beneath the southern boundary fence. Its large canopy is weighted to the northern side and has the potential to grow to much larger proportions which could result in large diameter branch failures, especially in heavy rain where there canopy is weighed down by water. This tree has insufficient space for its root system to mature without causing ongoing damage to the boundary wall. It also poses an unacceptable level of risk to the residents should any part of it fail, the area beneath the tree is occupied by children's outdoor play equipment.
