Inserting an additional floor between Levels 7 and 8 of the Approved Development (consisting of 2 x 2 bedroom units and 1 x 1 bedroom units) such that: a. The total GFA has increased by 265.71m2 (from 3,392.76 m2 to 3,658.47 m2). b. The height of the building has increased by approximately 3.1m. 2. The total number of units has increased from 40 to 43 units, and 3. The total number of designated affordable units is reduced from 19 units to 8 units.
