Wells Creek Road is a major thorough fare from other adhock subdivisions that have been created over the years and is increasing in traffic volume due to the shopping centre access and to the Stuart highway .
Wells creek road is a primary and Senior high school bus route with work trucks , b doubles and a t time accessed by full roadtrains.
The road it self is very narrow and the verges are poorly maintianed by Litchfield council which creates a dangerous situation !
The water supply is via bores and this area is already over utilised - water resources are well aware of this FACT and the utilisation of septic tanks are a creating issuse for sustainability of existing properties. Town water access needs to be addressed as an option to any further development of this area.
Adhock development is not an option for the Aquafier, the ill maintianed dangerous Wells Creek Road itself , traffic flow and power supply.
