I am against a pool for 2 reasons.
Firstly this is a beachfront property where the sea is in front of the house. You can walk to the sea & swim. There is also a pool at the other end of Pearl beach to use.
Secondly & more importantly the beachfront is slowly being eroded. Any pool built will only add to that issue disturbing the sandy soil digging into the ground.
