Remove three (3) Archontopheonix cunninghamiana (Bangalow Palms) from rear of property and replace with three (3) local native trees from Council’s Preferred Tree list, of minimum 45L pot size, growing to similar dimensions at maturity, anywhere on the property once repairs have been conducted on the retaining wall. These mature Palms are in good health however they are on top of a retaining wall that has a significant crack through it. The wall is buckling under the weight of the palms and presents an unacceptable level of risk should it fail.
