WELL WELL WELL - just a minor addition at 5 children and a few staff with two extra car spaces. Tick and flick to the next expert supporting this atrocious application. A rejection will surely see the applicant in the L&E Court for the usual appeal UPHELD decision. Maybe the applicant can explain WHY the original application DIDN"T seek this level of exposure. Is this the corrupt manner development applications progress in this States. How do you fit two extra car spaces on the block without sacrificing some other planning law requirement?

Traffic reports NEVER address previously approved yet to be completed developments. The compounding feature of any development is never considered as an impact on infrastructure. It's time the position of Town Planner is abolished and the money saved channeled into road and gutter maintenance. Take a look at the number of substandard gutters and storm water drain pits on any street. What a disgrace; the contractor should be sued. Council should concentrate on infrastructure not fancy dress parties, NYE celebrations or another feel good cultural "ex-poh-ZAY"
