This mature tree is in good health and poor structure - it has a significant horizontal split halfway up through the trunk and is uplifting and damaging an electrical pillar. As per the provided Electrician's Letter: "This pillar cannot be moved, it is also a hazard as this is a direct connection to the Ausgrid distributor and cannot be easily degenergised, the pillar has already been significantly displaced and currently cannot be accessed."
