Description
Torrens title subdivision of industrial land into 6 lots, construction of an electricity substation (public utility undertaking), a new drainage reserve, a new public road as an extension of Hollinsworth Road, removal of trees, category 1 site remediation works and associated site works. The proposal includes a variation to the Marsden Park Industrial Precinct Indicative Layout Plan and State Environmental Planning Policy (Precincts – Central River City) 2021 Land Zoning Map for relocation of a local drainage channel zoned SP2 Infrastructure (Local Drainage) within the site. The proposed development is also classified as Nominated Integrated Development under Section 4.46 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, and concurrent approval is required from the Department of Planning and Environment – Water (Natural Resources Access Regulator) and the NSW Heritage. The applicant is Patch Planning and the consent authority will be the Sydney Central City Planning Panel.
