This tree is only small however it was planted in an inappropriate location - its main leaders are impacting the northern boundary wall, the damage will worsen overtime. To remove these branches would leave the tree a poor specimen. As there is insufficient greenspace to accommodate a mature tree of similar dimensions at maturity, the applicant is to contribute with one (1) one-off payment to the Offset Tree Planting program.
