I live in the multi story building to the north of this property. It was my understanding that a BA20 was required for a demolition order to be applied for. As far as the COO of this building is aware no such agreement has been reached.
Given that the developers wish to use 2 metres of land inside our boundary in the initial development period; necesitating the removal and relocation of clothes lines and security gates and fences; this application is concerning. They also wish to use ground anchors within our property.
We were approached over 12 months ago re a delapidation assessment of our bulding - which we agreed to. However, there has been no follow up on this.
We are also waiting on the recent Arborist report which the developers agreed to share
If the developers have attended to the above details without informing the owners of our property we would greatly appreciate this information.
