Another dual property housing. I just hope design consideration in vehicular housing, every bedroom has the potential for one vehicle and 2 for the master. While driving through Eastwood I looked into a dual housing property that hod 5 cars outside of the garage of the right side and 3 outside on the left. The street had restricted kerb parking hours. Also, while traversing through the local suburbs, I see boats, caravans, box trailers and a jet ski parked along the kerbs. Doubling the houses per property greatly increases the number of vehicles on our already very congested roads and streets with kerbs full.
