Description

Remove one (1) Liquidambar from rear garden on north side and replace with two (2) local native trees from Council’s Preferred Tree list, of minimum 45L pot size, growing to similar dimensions at maturity, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. On reviewing the submitted Arborist Report, Council is in support of removal and replacement. On inspection, the tree gave an appearance of being in decline. There was no foliage or new buds in the western canopy and the foliage in the eastern canopy was only associated to the lower canopy which was minimal and necrotic.
