I strongly support this proposal to build more housing on this large site. I am satisfied the sensitive and biodiverse bushland area has been excluded. I am also satisfied with a small amount of shadowing on the winter solstice to the rear of the southern buildings, and for a few weeks over winter. This proposal is similar to next door, is near a park and town centre, it looks good and should be approved.
