Demolition of structures, tree removal, remediation works and the construction and use of warehouse or distribution centres (comprising of three warehouse buildings containing six tenancies) with ancillary offices and a cafe. Proposed works include civil works, car parking, landscaping and onsite utilities. This application is an Integrated Development and requires approval from Water NSW under the Water Management Act 2000. This application, having a Capital Investment Value greater than $30m, will be determined by the Sydney South Planning Panel on behalf of Council. PROPOSED MODIFICATIONS: Remove cafe and associated car park and relocation of sprinkler tanks and pump room, alterations to car parking layout and installation of fire stairs, internal and external alterations to the approved building including, layout, finishing materials and facade changes, landscaping changes and removal of requirement for an Environmental Management Plan [Section 4.55(1A)]
