It was understood from plans submitted in 2021 that the dwelling to be built on this tiny 242 square metres piece of land would be a barely appropriate single storey house. Now this application is for an out of character building with an extra storey tacked on.
It is also clad with metal, completely at odds with other buildings in this identified Heritage area which so many of us, the residents, have done so much over many years to identify as a significant part of Toowoomba's History.
