I support this proposal for more dwellings, although it seems to be an underdevelopment for such a large site near a train station. This site seems to have been cut off from the Low Mid Rise state reforms and council should be proactive in relaxing development controls and zoning restrictions to foster more apartments. It is 2000m2 but cant even achieve the 0.75 FSR due to development controls, only achieving 1200m2 of floor space, it would be more appropriate at 3000 to address our housing shortages in this well located area. There is nothing to the south to shadow, there are already units next door, it is walkable to parks, train, free bus, shops. If 30 units cant go here, they cant go anywhere, it is a waste.
