Description

To construct a carport and shed on the northern boundary of our land. The structure will be 3.2 meters wide and will start in line with our house (same set back) and will continue parallel to the northern fence for 18 meters. The structure will not be built on the boundary, but will be set back from the boundary. Underneath the structure will be concreted. The engineering plans require concrete of 1500mm. This will ensure that the structure is constructed above the flood level. The last 6 meters of the structure is the enclosed shed. The result will be a carport that houses two cars (front to back) and a shed with a roller door.
