I object to the request to reduce car parking spaces. A medical clinic is to be built and by nature of the business will require car parking for patients. There is too little car parking for the businesses already there. This is the second application I’ve seen wanting to reduce car parking requirements, the other in Templestowe Village. Our shopping strips are overcrowded as is, to remove car parking requirements disadvantages surrounding business and customers.
