Description

The proposal before Council is seeking minor modifications to DA2024/0473 for the ‘Earthworks & Retaining Wall' works. It is proposed to improve the height of the retaining wall which is along the western boundary, so it is suitable to hold the required amount of fill to provide adequate cover to the Sydney Water waste asset. ~ 400mm - 500mm increase in height in the South West corner of the site for approximately 1.5m northwards.
