Stage 2 CC - Site prep works, excavation, structure, pool, cabana, services & sheeting for new 2 storey house over a basement level only, as per the Home Warranty Insurance The remaining scope outside of the Home Warranty Insurance will require either an updated Insurance Policy or an Owner Builder Permit
