Mod DA/618/2020/B - Modifications include internal and external alterations and additions tot he approved dwelling. Mod DA/618/2020/C - Modifications include reconfigurations of internal and external design and lay out. Stage 2 CC - Site prep works, excavation, structure, pool, cabana, services & sheeting for new 2 storey house over a basement level only, as per the Home Warranty Insurance The remaining scope outside of the Home Warranty Insurance will require either an updated Insurance Policy or an Owner Builder Permit
