- Remove one (1) South African Wild Plum from rear property boundary and replace with one (1) local native tree from Council’s Preferred Tree list, of minimum 45L pot size, growing to similar dimensions at maturity, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. At the time of inspection, this tree's canopy presented to be growing in good health and vigour, with good reaction wood around the pruning wounds. There was, however, decay in the trunk, and its branches presented with structural issues including tight unions with inclusions. There was decay throughout the trunk of the tree and branches, it is also situated on a section of a collapsing boundary wall that in order to be repaired, would require the tree's removal.
