Remove one (1) Leyland Cypress hedge adjacent to rear property boundary and replace with one (1) local native hedge from Council’s Preferred Tree list, of minimum 45L pot size, growing to similar dimensions at maturity, anywhere on the property, within one (1) month of removal. This southern-most tree that forms this hedge has bare branches and is in decline, the tree next to it is showing signs of browning off. Should these trees be removed, this will expose the remaining trees to weather elements, compromising the other trees' health and the hedge's form.
