The use of the term " Agricultural Use" is a misnomer it is in fact a factory to produce Cannabis in a predominately residential area. Do not be deceived this is the thin edge of the wedge. Development of the property has commenced without a permit a fine should be issued and the application refused.

This application is for a commercial medicinal cannabis facility on a quiet unmade residential private road. Given the nature of what is being grown there is a concern for potential criminal activity through the illegal access to the plants. This precinct is a quiet family area. There is a requirement for such a facility to be well lit at all times, thereby potentially interfering with peoples enjoyment of their property. There is also concern that the lighting may have on the native wild life.
Such a facility will see an increase in traffic activity as the facility must have constant surveillance with workers coming and going at various times using the private road. This will increase the dust burden on what is ostensibly a dirt road, affecting neighbours health and enjoyment of their properties. The roads narrow width and steep drains makes it difficult for two cars to pass each other in opposite directions without consideration necessary for heavy vehicles. Lastly there is concern for the visual impact of the property in what is a semi rural residential area. There is also a concern for the impact on property values.
Nothing has been supplied to the neighbours addressing my concerns.
