- Section 4.55(2) modification of consent to continue the existing approved extended trading hours between between 7.00 am and 8.00 am; and between 8.00 pm and 11.00 pm on Mondays to Saturdays inclusive; and between 8.00 pm and 10 pm on Sundays for a further 5 year period. Hours between 8.00am and 8.00pm Mondays to Saturdays inclusive and between 9.00am and 8.00pm on Sundays are approved on a permanent basis. The proposal also seeks to continue the trial period for the restaurant seating capacity of patrons for a further 5 year period and amend Condition 2 relating to an updated Plan of Management
