Proposed amendments: Deleting the approved basement level and increasing the first-floor area and rooftop terraces by 3sqm for each dwelling for the addition of one additional bedroom and a laundry, subject to the following permissions: • Clause 32.09-6 – Construct two or more dwellings on a lot in the Neighbourhood Residential Zone. • Clause 43.01-1 – Construct a building or construct or carry out works in the Heritage Overlay.
